Mold Injection

“Where plastic parts are initially produced”
The first step of this process is to apply to mold that is manufactured from the previous process into the injection machine. Then, the plastic beads will be added to the machine, and are heated up to be ready for use. When the machine is ready for operation, the machine will inject liquid plastics into the mold, which will then be cooled down and finally produce fine plastic parts.

Before operating the machine, an plastic beads are filled into the machine to be heated up for mold injection.
Black and white color plastics are commonly used in our products.

Produced from the injection machine, the plastic parts is transferred to the conveyor belt.
