“Specialty and precision”
Our assembly process combines manual and automated to be able to combine and produce the final product. This includes quality inspection in every steps. This requires specialized and experience staffs, as this process is the last step in the manufacturing process before launching to our clients.
Product Assemble
The product parts will be combined to a finished product.
After the product has been assembled, the product will be tested with the custom device simulation of internal and partner products. This also includes the first steps of quality inspection using staff’s specialisation.
Device simulation
The finished product is tested with simulation device to ensure correctness of the product before passing on to further inspections. This occupies 100% defect free product outcome.
Inspection
Using image recognisation, this gives accurate inspection to ensure the products’ assembling quality.
