We have adopted a “defect-free policy” in all of our production lines to achieve “Zero Defects”, which involves logging each work and verifying quality in accordance with defined standards.
Our quality control is based on the quality generated in each phase to ensure that the following stage is free of flaws.
To test and assess our products, we employ cutting-edge technology. Furthermore, a comprehensive inspection system has been implemented to avoid defect leaks both automatically and manually.
In addition, we have received quality system certification according to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
The company-wide quality control system, as well as abroad network factories, has been structured for more than 30 years and has more than 40 sub-groups, ensuring that we reach “100% customer satisfaction” and allow consumers to believe in Thai Fuji Plastic’s quality.
When a difficulty occurs, the workpiece is shattered or the job progresses in an unfavorable manner. The majority of the time, these issues do not reappear. Because we’ve used analytical solutions to difficulties and errors. Expansion outcomes using the same or similar workpieces and procedures are included.
For external audits that cannot be reviewed by machine, qualified or experienced staffs will conduct a visual examination and utilize lighting to assist in checking the quality of goods in each process before they are delivered to the next phase. Our staffs work in an appropriate setting, which are simple to monitor, and will not be overworked.
We employ machinery to aid in the creation of workpieces and to keep it running smoothly. The gadget avoids the leakage of any errors that may arise throughout the process, such as verifying the up and down accuracy of various control buttons, making it less error-prone than human judges. The “Error Prevention System,” or POKA-YOKE, is used. This method enables us to concentrate on maintaining a faultless working environment and producing high-quality products.
In the last phase of the pre-packaging process, we employ a built-in product mockup to evaluate real-life circumstances to confirm that the workpiece has passed quality control and is being used appropriately in accordance with client specifications. Through our workpiece, we check the operation of the switch and the brightness of the lights. This enables faster and more accurate decision-making prior to the delivery to the customer.
To maintain quality and preserve the point that is often neglected, we employ Image Recognition to ensure that complicated pieces are assembled correctly or that any minor parts are missing. Even after a skilled staff member conducts a visual examination.
We utilize precise quality measurement methods, since collecting statistical data is extremely vital. To examine the quality of our workpieces, we employed both advanced and basic equipment, such as a visual inspection machine and a microscope.

We maintain quality by doing high-precision measurements using 3D measuring tools. which can be examined manually or automatically For effective examination, we have two CMM 3D measuring equipment. as well as supporting large-scale production

ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, which establish standards for organizational context, leadership, planning, support, operations, evaluation, and improvement at the organizational level, were authorized by the British Standards Institute (BSI) in January 2021 and December 2020, respectively.
We also participate in environmental initiatives such as energy conservation. To reduce the environmental effect, resources should be conserved and waste should be reduced. As a result, it has been accredited to the ISO140001:2015 international standard for environmental management systems.
