Plastic product quality is determined by the quality of the mold. We incorporate our expertise into designing while taking in account the final processing and assembly and always staying focused on the finished products.
We use internal factory manufacturing resources and external specialty manufacturers to make the mold. We also use the latest CAD/CAM system and high performance machines to improve our internal manufacturing.
Our process in developing qualitative mold is to firstly create a 3D model to pass on for mold manufacturing. This process requires professional skills and delicate precision, in order to produce a model, for industrial use.
After the process of 3D model is completed, the model is programmed into mold manufacturing machines to shape the metallic mold parts into specific shapes with precision. There are 3 types of machines used for manufacturing each part of the mold. After the parts are shaped, the parts will then be combined to complete the mold and will be ready to use in the upcoming process of mold injection.
