- Purchase Staff
Job description
– Control direct and indirect raw material purchase
– both domestic and internatinal
– control the cost of raw material purchases
– Suplier control
– find new supliers-new parts
– track ICP, DAta/MSDS. from supplier for use inchemical control work
– control the quality system and operate in accordance with the company’s policy
Qualification
– Age 25 years old up
– Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– Having an experience in purchase minimum 2 years.
– Have a knowledge about program SAP ISO system, IATF system
– Ca work under the pressure
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Sales Staff
Job description
– Receive order from customer and support
– Cooperate with all section
– Prepare document for support customer Ex. invoice, quotation, Packing standard, Mold die, Assesement and property.
– Issue report to leader Ex. Sales amount weekly, Monthly, Monthly, Yearly, report
– Coordinate with all section for sharing customer requirement.
– Understand production process and engineering drawing, review drawing
– Support internal and external audit.
Qualification
– Age 22 years old up
– Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– Having an experience in sales jobs is advantage.
– Can speak Japanese is advantage.
– **Good understanding of both written and spoken an english**
– Knowledge of Microsoft Officee
